Managing invasive species in Nova Scotia: public perceptions of smallmouth bass (Micropterus dolomieu) retention in the Margaree Valley- Manuscript

MSA is pleased to announce that Sinead Addis under supervision of Dr. Hannah Harrison has put together a finalized manuscript from her summer of work in the Margaree Valley.

 

Sinead studied community perspectives surrounding the mandatory Smallmouth bass retention order. Sinead found this topic had a range of opinions from support to opposition, all tied to a number of personal values and perceptions. When she wasn’t conducting field interviews, she helped MSA and the Semeniuk lab with research and monitoring activities.
